K-GIC의 합성 및 리튬이온이차전지에서의 부극특성
The Preparation of K-GIC and its Anodic Characteristics of Lithium Ion Secondary Battery
초록
리튬이온이차전지에 사용되는 탄소부극의 성능을 향상시키기 위하여 새로운 탄소부극으로서 K-GIC를 합성하여 전기화학적 특성을 조사하였다. K의 삽입량은 KCl 수용액의 농도가 2>3>1 mole/ℓ 의 순으로 증가하였으며 1 mole/ℓ의 KCl 수용액으로 처리하였을 때 K와 C의 mol 비는 156∼388 carbon/potassium이었다. K-GIC의 합성조건을 1moleℓ KCl 수용액으로 700℃에서 1시간으로 처리하였을 때 가장 우수한 리튬의 삽입과 탈삽입 거동을 나타냈으며 가역성 또한 우수하였다.
K-GIC of the new carbon electrode to improve performance of carbon negative electrode in lithium ion secondary battery was prepated and its electrical characteristics were studied. Form this study, intercalated K quantity was increased in order of 2>3>1 mole/ℓ of KCl solution. And, for KCl solution. And for KCl solution of 1 mole/ℓ, the mole ratio of carbon and potassium was 156∼388 carbon/potassium. The proper condition of K-GIC preparetion was KCl solution of 1 mole/ℓ, reaction temperature of 700℃, reaction time of 1 hour. From this condition, the intercalation and deintercalation behavior of lithium was very excellent. Also the reversibility was excellent.
