Abstract

Herein, we developed an interesting copper-catalyzed carbonylation approach for the transformations of the remote C(sp3)single bondH bonds in N-fluoro-sulfonamides. The corresponding δ-lactams and esters were produced selectively. Notably, N-fluoro-carboxamide and medicine Celecoxib-derived substrate can also be transformed under the same conditions.
